Trustee Focus: Stephanie Murray
As a Trustee of Canadian Print Scholarships, Stephanie Murray brings a thoughtful mix of operational leadership, client focus, and genuine care for students pursuing careers in the printing industry. Her story reflects what is possible when education meets opportunity. It also reflects the steady commitment it takes to help the next generation find a clear path into print and graphic communications.
Celebrating Stephanie’s Leadership
Stephanie is a strategic leader with more than a decade of experience across business development, operations, and enterprise strategy. In her current role as Director, Enterprise Solutions at Hemlock Printers, she leads enterprise-wide projects and helps deliver digital and service solutions for large-scale clients. Along the way, she has been known for building scalable systems that improve efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Her career has grown with the industry itself. After early roles that strengthened her customer service and management foundation, she moved into print through internships in sales, marketing, and prepress, then into account management and enterprise solutions. That range gives her a well-rounded view of how teams, technology, and customer needs connect. It also informs how she approaches leadership, with clarity, collaboration, and a practical eye for what helps people do their best work.
In Their Own Words
I’m passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for those entering our industry and believe in the lifelong value of education. From studying at TMU to growing into my current role at Hemlock Printers, education has shaped every step of my career. I’m honoured to support the next generation of talent and help make their journey more accessible.
