Trustee Focus: Stéphane Abraham
Canadian Print Scholarships is proud to welcome Stéphane Abraham as a Trustee, and to celebrate the experience and care he brings to students preparing for careers in the printing industry. His perspective reflects years spent listening to customers, understanding production realities, and helping teams deliver results, all while keeping an eye on what the next generation will need to thrive.
Celebrating Stéphane’s Leadership
Stéphane has built a career grounded in relationship-driven leadership and a strong understanding of how print and paper choices support brand, communication, and performance. As Regional Sales Manager at Rolland Fine Papers, he has helped customers navigate product decisions, service expectations, and evolving market demands across the Montreal area and beyond. His work calls on practical expertise in B2B, new business development, and sales management, plus a clear ability to translate goals into action.
Earlier roles shaped the way he approaches leadership today, with experience spanning senior sales, business development, and partnerships. Across industries, he has focused on structure, priority setting, and the human side of motivating teams. That people-first approach aligns well with the scholarship mission, because supporting students is also about guidance, confidence, and community.
In Their Own Words
I am honored to join Canadian Print Scholarships as a trustee. I look forward to supporting the next generation of talent in the graphic communications industry and contributing to the continued growth and innovation in this vital field.
Supporting the Next Generation
For Stéphane, scholarship support is a practical way to strengthen the industry he cares about. He knows that students entering graphic communications need both opportunity and encouragement, whether they are pursuing design, production, sales, packaging, or print management. His role on the Board helps keep attention on what students are facing today, from tuition pressures to the need for relevant, hands-on learning, and it reinforces a clear message that the print community is invested in their future.
Inspiring Industry Involvement
Leaders like Stéphane help connect the dots between business needs and student success. When companies and individuals contribute to scholarships, they are not only helping a student cover costs, they are also strengthening the talent pipeline and reinforcing pride in the craft and professionalism of print. His presence on the Board encourages donors, educators, and industry peers to stay engaged, share knowledge, and show students that there is a place for them in this field.
