Just as importantly, he shows up with an educator’s mindset, focused on helping others grow and succeed.
Celebrating Leigh’s Leadership
Leigh’s journey in print began early, advancing through production roles that built a strong foundation in how quality work gets made, measured, and delivered. From Production Coordinator to Assistant Plant Manager and Production Manager, he developed an appreciation for the people, systems, and discipline behind every successful job. That hands-on experience later expanded into sales leadership, giving him a balanced perspective on customer needs, timelines, and the realities of running a strong operation.
Over the years, he moved into senior roles with national scope, including executive operational leadership at DATA Communications Management and, more recently, Canadian Bank Note Company. Across multi-plant environments and complex manufacturing settings, he is known for strategic thinking, continuous improvement, and building high-performance cultures. He consistently centers the Voice of the Customer and focuses on practical execution, aligning teams, tools, and accountability so organizations can deliver reliably today and adapt confidently for tomorrow.

I am passionate about our industry and know its future is dependent on our ability to first attract and then train the best and brightest future employees and leaders. Given this fact, I’m delighted to be serving as a trustee on the board of a scholarship fund that is focused on assisting the future talent base of our industry receive the education that they need!
