My name is Lauryn Marks, a student at Ryerson University in the School of Graphic Communications Management.

I truly am so grateful to the donors who contribute to the Canadian Printing Industries Scholarship and could not thank them enough for what they do for post-secondary students with goals to be a part of the printing industry.

The support students receive from the printing industry is unmatched and it is one of the reasons I look forward to post grad. I have always been driven to do well in my studies and by receiving this scholarship each year, it has encouraged me further to strive to be that much better.

I was first attracted to the printing industry for the way that it impacts everything around us, and that still rings true after the last three years. Print is everywhere, on nearly everything, and I am still amazed at how vast it is.

From traditional printing to the new innovations happening each day I could not be more thrilled to be entering this industry and it would not be possible without the support of the donors of the Canadian Printing Industries Scholarship.

The mission of the Canadian Printing Industries Scholarship Trust Fund is to attract the brightest and best students available to the graphic communications industry by providing financial assistance to enroll and continue in a post-secondary management or technical program at an approved institution.
