Krysten Ververda is a first-year student in the Graphic Communications Technology Management diploma program at British Columbia Institute of Technology (Class of 2021). She is a Canadian Print Scholarships recipient.
At BCIT, students learn to design and produce marketing materials such as posters, large format signage, labels, brochures, books, and other finished products. They learn the latest graphic design software, business processes, art direction, production management, and how to operate high-tech imaging and finishing technologies to prepare them for modern careers in imaging technology.
In Krysten’s own words:
“I am so incredibly grateful to receive a Canadian Printing Industries Scholarship to help me achieve my goals as I continue to further my education in the printing industry. Thank you!”
The mission of the Canadian Printing Industries Scholarship Trust Fund is to attract the brightest and best students available to the graphic communications industry by providing financial assistance to enroll and continue in a post-secondary management or technical program at an approved institution.
