“My name is Hasan Uzun, a student at Ryerson University in the Graphic Communications Management program.
I am very thankful to all the donors for this amazing scholarship. It helps pay for a significant portion of my semester’s tuition, and I greatly appreciate the thought of helping students in the printing industry continue their studies and achieve the most success possible.
One of the main things that attracted me to the printing industry is wanting to learn how printed items were made, instead of just using them. I have always been interested in graphic design and using Photoshop, so the printing industry seemed like a perfect place to start my post-secondary education.
Ryerson University offers an amazing Graphic Communications Management program, and I am happy to be a part of it. The school has lots of printing equipment and outstanding professors to give the best possible learning experience. They also give lots of hands on learning, which I personally find to be the most effective.”
The mission of the Canadian Printing Industries Scholarship Trust Fund is to attract the brightest and best students available to the graphic communications industry by providing financial assistance to enroll and continue in a post-secondary management or technical program at an approved institution.
