Our client, a printer located in Ottawa, is searching for a Bilingual Account Executive who can provide vital customer relations and business development support. In this role, you will liaise with prospects and customers, and competently differentiate the company’s solutions. You will support a designated list of commercial accounts and prospects in an assigned territory, with a focus on retaining and expanding existing account revenue as well as driving new market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meeting or exceeding assigned revenue and profit expectations
New business prospecting and development and strategic selling to our ideal client profile. This includes targeted sales by conducting market research and selling through multiple channels and networks
Scheduling and conducting client introductions and discovery sessions through face-to-face or virtual meetings
Preparing and leading pitch presentations, coordinating and conducting client demonstrations, and writing and building proposals and value propositions
Retaining and growing your existing account base
Continuously maintaining sustained sales activities within all accounts
Bringing forward and sharing compelling customer industry insights within your client base and prospects
Oversee and effectively balance client requirements and printers capabilities and processes
Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensure pipeline and account activity is regularly updated
REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingualism is a must for this role. Ability to read and write in French and English
Able to interact effectively at senior levels, you are motivated, ambitious, committed and results-oriented
2-5 years of consultative sales experience, with special emphasis and proven success in developing and maintaining new accounts
An understanding of how to navigate within complex organizations and proven expertise regarding how to effectively succeed within a wide array of client purchasing processes, including procurement laden buying structures
Strong business acumen including pre-sale research, solution design as part of a team, superior presentation skills, and the ability to close deals
A university degree/college diploma, knowledge of document management, marketing, product packaging, and/or print-related industry experience would be definite assets
Customer-focused, you will possess outstanding communication skills, especially a strong command of written and verbal English
You have experience in MS Office applications and CRM systems
